We only stayed a couple of nights but more hanging space/drawers would be required for a long stay. We stayed for our anniversary and we were surprised with sparkling wine and chocolate cake which made it special. "

"Absolute fantastic property right downtown Funchal, complimentary parking for guests and the room was large impeccably clean and beautiful. This property allows you to walk out the door to a myriad of restaurants and stores. Diana at reception was incredibly helpful. If you need Laundry there’s The Laundry Room is the place to go walking distance they provide detergent and are great. The roof top bar and pools are stunning with city views and an abundant menu. I cannot recommend enough. "

"I don't have a bad word to say! About 20mins drive from the airport costing about 40euros in a taxi. The hotel was spotlessly clean everywhere. Excellent high quality food choices for reasonable prices. Staff were friendly and polite. Facilities were excellent. Plenty of sunbed arounds the pool with an adults only section on the 11th floor with amazing panoramic views. We were abit hesitant about the access to the sea area as its not a 'traditional beach' but the sea was so clear and non polluted also life gaurd warning flags in action. Approx 20min walk into Funchal city. 2mins up the hill from the hotel plenty of bars and restaurants serving variety of excellent food. Will definitely be staying here again and will recommended! "
