"The apartment was very clean, had secure entry to apartment, smelled nice, air conditioning working well, had extra blankets and a few extra times for the kitchen such as coffee. The apartment was about ten minutes to the falls as the host describes. We really enjoyed our stay! "

"This was a perfect place to stay for us. Pretty much everything we wanted to do was just minutes away. It was clean & homey. Kitchen was stocked well with utensils & other items needed for cooking. Located in a quiet little neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly & helpful with questions we had about the area. "

"Very cute, nicely decorated quaint home with three bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Cute murals surrounding the parking. Very clean. Responsive host. Quick drive to the falls. The only downside was the tv remote was missing a battery and so not working, and there was no creamer for the coffee. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this home. Older, in the city, homes always have our heart . The interior was very clean, had all the necessities, with a bonus mother in law suite upstairs complete with a second bathroom, air hockey, foozeball tables and kitchen( fully stocked keurig). Both were perfect for our 3 teens, who stayed up all night to play the table games. Yes, this house seems to be in "the rough" end of the neighborhood but we felt safe. There is a motion sensor on the front porch light and camera positioned at the front door. TV in the living allows you to stream. Its positioned directly behind a dollare general, great for quick pick ups of snacks or last minute needs. I would recommend. We've stayed in many homes through VRBO and realize not every home is as you may position your home. That is apart of the experience. We love being apart of the local community and this home hit all the points for Niagara. "

"A great property with a very welcoming host! We arrived very late (1am!), but the host greeted us and provided an overview of the room. On the first morning he also provided an overview of the kitchen. The property is very clean and well maintained. 10/10 - definitely recommend to stay!"

"Everything was great! (This was the unit upstairs)The space was perfect for the few days we spent there . The check-in and checkout process was seamless. Loved how cozy and comfortable it wasThe only feedback I would have is the photos in the listing. Most of the photos were accurate. There was a photo of the living room which was a different place completely.. I think that was probably the unit downstairs.. that was a little misleading.. the living room was still comfortable though Would recommend this place to anyone in the Niagara falls area! :)"

"Upon arrival at the property, the neighborhood is listed as older, which is correct, but it’s also completely rundown. There was trash, shopping carts, boxes, cans, glass, plastic, etc. scattered around surrounding properties. There was also graffiti on a few nearby houses. Street parking was on a “first come first serve” basis but there was nobody else parked on the street.After getting inside the house with our belongings, we took a quick look around to make sure everything was pretty much what the pictures showed but that wasn’t the case. There were multiple spots that could’ve used a simple dusting job like the TV stand or the countertops. The vent in the bathroom had dust, dirt and maybe leaves hanging from it. There were dead bugs on and around furniture that we had to clean up. The internet was not even plugged in upon arrival and we had to contact the guest host to get someone to come out and fix it. The person who came out to fix it didn’t speak any English and tried their best to fix the internet but said it was not theirs so they didn’t know. We had heard a critter in the walls multiple times, scurrying around and munching on something, which we were told was probably a squirrel. We did not stay at the property overnight as we did not feel cozy or comfortable which are two things you want to feel while on vacation.I would advise any future guests looking at this property to make sure they do their due diligence before getting their vacation possiblyruined."
