"Very nice and clean. Great value. Toilet was too close to sink fixture. Hard to lean over to wipe my butt. Toilet seat was loose for an even worse butt-wiping dynamic. No usb-c charging outlets. Overall a really great value. Stay here if you don't poop a lot and have an old phone."

"Just a one night stay,but enjoyed the historical hotel and the area was great and close to the parks.We stayed on the top floor 18, and the Jr.Presedetial Suite was ideal. Great view and large room. Plenty of options for food all around."

"The property is in a great location. Close to the falls and shops. The breakfast was good most days. Last day had no coffee??!! The room was quiet but needed a new bathroom renovation, sink faucets constantly leaked and we had to keep a towel around them so water was contained. Bed was good but overall cleanliness seemed lacking."

"5 adults fit nicely in this place. 2 queen beds in one room and a queen in another room. 1 really large bathroom worked for everyone. If I had to list any improvements, It would have been nice to have another seat or two in the "living room" area and maybe a table that sat 6 people but we made it work. Pros: The place was clean and well take care of. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with pots, pans and all sorts of things we needed. The location was fantastic, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Cons: We didn't find a parking pass upon arrival and couldn't get ahold of the host, so we had to go talk to the hotel next door. Host was hard to get ahold of. The spider webs at the entrance were horrific, not sure if the cleaning people see that but it's really of scary, so many bugs and so many spiders. If we go back, we would stay there again, no doubt!"

"Overall, the property and its entire staff is first-rate! From the moment we stepped in to check in to our room and throughout our entire stay, we felt welcome and at-home. The staff is wonderful! The front desk staff, whichever shift it is, is great! The restaurant staff (Kevin and Beth, I'm talking about you!) are attentive and made sure we had everything we need. One morning, the service wasn't as fast because of understaffing; the manager (I didn't get her name) jumped right in and took orders, bussed tables, filled coffee cups... I love that! Our daily cooked-to-order breakfast is hot and fresh and always came out fast! I also appreciate that the staff accommodated our need for an early morning breakfast for our last day (because of an early flight). They arranged for a to-go continental breakfast the night before. So thoughtful! Speaking of last day, I decided to try the bar on our last day and had the pleasure of being served by Kimberly Anne at the bar. She's awesome! My only minor comment is that wall in our bathroom (in the Essex room) shares a wall with the back of the kitchen, so you can hear talking/pots clanging, etc. through the wall. So maybe just avoid that room. We will definitely be back here and will only consider staying at the Red Coach Inn next time we visit Niagara Falls!"
