“The Manager was very nice and communicative but was disappointed that we spent a couple of hours dealing with a TV issue which was ultimately resolved by switching rooms. The property really needs to ensure that their rooms are completely ready for occupancy ahead of each person's stay. The other thing to be aware of is that they measures one's electricity use so one has to spend time taking a photo of one's meter which is in a locked closet. When one is on vacation it really cramps one's style……
