“Care about details”

“There is no staff and when we arrived we could not get the door open to the lobby. There was a phone number to call and it went to voicemail. I contacted Expedia and tried to cancel the reservation after seeing the property and I was denied. They advertised an elevator, but they do not have one in the building. We eventually got into the lobby (after they said to kick the door a few times) to view the recorded message about how to get in the room! We had a code to use on the door and we had……
