Serivce, location , room all great
Great location that you are literally next to the duomo and the market very decent room The staff have been warm and very helpful , when we checked-out and need to get luggage 2 times that remains helpful and we continue to get flavoured water ~ Very reasonable price too

Great base for exploring Tuscany.
We had a really good time at this property. Everything was very clean and it was well equipped for what we wanted. It was very hot whilst we were there, so the air con and pool were very much appreciated! The town itself has several decent restaurants (so no need to cook, if you dont want to!) and ...

5 night stay in Florence, arrived a couple of hours ahead of check-in time but were lucky enough the room was ready for us. Amazing room with a huge shower and jacuzzi in the bathroom.
