No laundry in facility . 2- safe was not functioning, we switched the room, no safe there , maybe someone took previous one, !!! They had to install a new one , then finally functioned only with key……

"入住3週，員工親切負責，客房清潔很乾淨，床的軟硬適中，讓我入住期間都不會腰痠背痛。 飯店的位置極好，五樓大廳跟隔壁百貨有連通道，吃飯、超市採買都非常方便，而附近餐廳、速食、咖啡店也很多，生活機能非常好，真的很推薦這間飯店。"

"Checked in took far too long as only 1 personnel manning the large reception area. It was 8pm in the evening. The only lady was dealing with a group of 3. There were 5 others waiting. After I complained as I waited 15 minutes, she called another staff to help. Such a big hotel with almost full occupancy, as told by the staff, should schedule more at the front desk. Others like security and concierge and housekeeping were adequately manned. Should be more up front with the closure of the swimming pool in booking websites. I am a regular guest of Radisson Blu hotels worldwide, the stay was still pleasant and maintained well, above average and value for money. Very good location."

"員工非常有禮貌且熱情，服務也很棒！ 在頂樓酒吧是我這幾天最開心的兩個晚上！ 房間大且乾淨，毛巾也是乾淨，硬要說個房間上的缺點， 大概就是上下層的隔音，但是，我想那是很多大樓的問題！ 餐廳提供的食物份量也很足夠，服務人員也都是笑容可掬，或許是開放式空間關係，有時候在一樓大廳也會聞到食物的味道，持續一直聞到食物的味道，反而會稍稍微覺得困擾！"
