“In my 1BR suite, the couch was attractive but when you pulled it out to a hideaway it was a downhill experience, literally. The carpet shows heavy wear and the bathtub faucet has serious stains -- all of these factors made these feel like something less than a first class experience. Oh, and the elevator had the same (pet?) stain in it all 3 days of this trip. That was gross.”

“It is an older facility they are trying to keep up. Our room was a handicapped roll in shower room. They had made over the bathroom but should have put an additional floor drain in outside of the actual shower, and a longer tube on the hand-held shower head, as well as a holder closer to the height of the horizontal grab bar for it.
