The rooms are older and there are a few steps as older blogs but there is an elevator to second floor after nice lobby with 5 steps. Staff 24 hr. Marco and Salvatore front desk welcoming and helpful. They opened microwave for us to warm snack. There is bkfst 7:40-20:40a that looks good but our schedule didn't match. Easy walk to the Mercado foods and to Quattro canti and Massimo opera. Went to every place...
