Staff friendly and accommodating. Three restaurants onsite, all good. Parking wasn’t the most convenient, but it still worked. I would go back if I was attending an event at Roger’s Arena or B.C. Place. "

There are two side with 5 steps stair before the entrance of the hotel which make quests with luggage struggling to go up. I would suggest that make a ramp for one side with 5 steps stair."

"I was there for 2 concerts at the Rogers arena. Hotel is well situated and close to everything. I was travelling alone and had no concerns with safety. Construction noises can be a bit irritating but this isn’t the hotel’s fault. Very close to Granville which is a very lively and busy street with every food option available. Sunset Beach is a few blocks away. I had hot water the entire stay. Beds weren’t the greatest but not the worst either. "
