“Comfortable bed. Rooms are looking a little tired. ”

“Stayed for 2 nights with 2 kids.. great location..ocean view suite..room was clean and big enough for the kids and has all modern amenities..we were on level 1 and the balcony opens to ocean view.. unfortunately the roof of the bar under the balcony was being repaired so there were some privacy issues.. Only feedback the toilet seat was cheap plastic which squeaked a lot and we were worried of it will crack.. Bar and bistro under had good options and cheaper as well.lot of restaurants as well……

“The location is good as it is the middle way between Sydney city center and the Australia Walkabout Wildlife Park & Australian Reptile Park. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room rate is reasonable. WIFI and overnight parking is free. Recommend it!”

I visit Ｈotels.com to look for the room photo and see the room have balcony (it's my main reason why I reservation for this hotel). After check the room is no balcony at room. I'm discuss with front desk and they inform me not every room have balcony and today no any balcony room is available. If you need balcony room, you can pay AUD100 upgrade it. It's looks hotels.com cheat me. If not every room have balcony need……
