They never cleaned it, they didn’t skim the pool or clean the flooring around it. They never had pool towels either. Breakfast quality was okay. Our second day they were always out of food. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels in my life and I’ve never had one where the walls are so thin. You could hear everything. I checked in around 2am. I'll start with the good, the room had plenty of towels. The issues I experienced immediately were remote wasnt operable, but front desk staff came to the room and after fidgeting with cable box got the tv to come on, but couldnt see anythjng on most channels. The toilet ran all morning due to the push button on top of toilet getting stuck. The thermostat wouldn't adjust the temperature in the room so it remained hot. Breakfast was fair, but the juice was good. All in all, I felt the hotel room was unclean and shabby and the pictures on Expedia arent inline with what you get!
