Modern Industrial 1BR W/ Gym, Ping-Pong, and More!

The beautiful and convenient basement is a great option for those who want value at a great price!

Here you'll find a full gym area, Skeeball, Queen bed, coffee station, kitchen, fast wi-fi & tv fully equipped with Netflix and Prime Video.

This location is just outside the city life while still being convenient enough to go to Kings Island, Cincinnati Zoo, OTR, or even a Reds or Bengals Game!

Our space is a short drive from all locations!

This space is Digital Nomad and remote worker friendly!

We do live in the unit above with my wife, young daughter, and dog! Just wanted to give context on the space as a whole!

Great property, great host! You'll love it here!
Eric and his family are great. Their place is beautiful and comfortable. He was quick to respond any time I had a question. He was always both very kind and very helpful. It's also in a beautiful, safe, quiet, convenient neighborhood.
