"Property was very clean, beautifully renovated, and the kitchen was very well stocked! The neighborhood was very nice - a school just down a couple blocks down that our kids used for a playground in the afternoon. We were super impressed and we would definitely stay again!"

"This was just perfect for us. We were visiting KC for a baseball tournament and the location couldn't have been better. Very clean. My only complaint (which is hardly one) is that we arrived after 9pm and had a hard time figuring out which door to enter to get into the specific unit. The outside numbers on the building threw us off. I tried to call my contact person, but no answer. We figured it out and all was well. "We needed a place to stay in Lee’s Summit while packing our daughter for a move to Colorado. This property was perfect for us as I was only a 10 minute drive from her home. There was plenty of space for us to live while we dismantled her home. Very clean; comfortable; great location to many shops and restaurants. Beds comfortable. Well equipped. Nicely decorated. Property manager responded quickly to a minor issue we had with a smoke detector. Highly recommend this property."

"We loved this rental so much we extended our stay. Its very spacious I love the back patio and the upstairs is like a private bungalow. There were a couple items left in the mini fridges but i was a housekeeper before and its a common mistake."
