“Had a wonderful one-night stay in the loft near the highway on our way to Louisianna. It was super cute and had all of the necessary amenities - plus a few bonus items. It was very clean and we felt right at home. The host answered my inquiries timely, which is always appreciated. I would not hesitate to stop here again on future trips or even stay a little longer to enjoy the area before moving on.”

“Beautiful setting. Very convenient to Oxford. Good for families. Relaxing and great for quality time to unplug. Be attentive to beds and shower set up. Bunk treehouse is separate and best for children. Two queen beds are in loft, not separate bedroom. One fully private bedroom. One shower inside and one shower on lower level is very nice but you do need to go outside to get to it. ”

“Could not put the dirty linen in laundry room because laundry room was locked. Tried to reach out to owner but never got a response. No answer to my message and no answer to my call or voicemail. Also it was very cold weather but there is no way to get a comfortable temp in the house. Either too cold or too hot. Will not stay there again. ”

“Cozy and warm resting place. Safe to walk the neighborhood. Accommodating to our fur babies. Marianne was a great host. Worked with us to make our stay comfortable. Definitely recommend the Hummingbird Cottage!”
