![The Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Compton Pauncefoot Most of this lovely church is 15th century and built of hamstone; unlike the majority of local churches, there is no sign of any work prior to the perpendicular period. There is a Mass Dial on the would wall of the porch and the three bells were cast in 1627.
