"It was an ok stay for the most part but if you're working a 12 hr shift on day shift you will miss out on alot since the office close by 7p. I never got my room cleaned or new bedding. Now the staff are great. Friendly and have great communication and very helpful. "

"I was hesitant to stay here because of the negative reviews. I am so glad I did not listen to them. I wanted a room that was safe, clean, quiet, and had a great view. This room exceeded my expectations. I felt very safe in the area and at the hotel. I am a clean freak. It passed my cleanliness test; it was immaculate. The room was quiet and we could not hear other guest. We had plenty of space and the room was perfect in every way. We loved the ocean view and balcony! Everyone was helpful and went out of their way to make our trip perfect. The valets were super fast and respectful. The location was convenient to everything. We loved it so much we stayed an extra day! We will be staying there every time we go at Jacksonville."
