"The condo had few items that needed to be addressed and the property manager called maintenance right away for those items ( the accordion wall was not properly and the toilet was not bolted on tight). I would suggest blackout curtains to keep light out for those in the pull out couch- also the door was not sealed well from the hallway so the air conditioner was constantly running making it hard to sleep. overall the property was maintained nicely and had easy access to the beack."

"Building D is one of many on the Sundial property undergoing renovation after hurricane Ian. Unlike several others, it is absolutely not in condition to accept guests and the listing comment minimizing construction does not represent the situation on the ground. This rental is utterly misrepresented. Beach access requires passing through a paid pool area; much of the traditional beach access is fenced off. It is not "steps away". The community pool adjacent to the unit is under construction....
