Also in the 9 days we stayed our room was never cleaned, we never received clean towels (we washed our own), toilet paper refills or anything. After we said no to the timeshare to 3 different people, we had no staff interaction. We were supposed to receive a 3 day 2 night stay at any Wyndam property to be used any time.
