“This property has recently been updated for the most part. Michelle was very pleasant and efficient when we checked in. Room and bathroom clean. Desk chair needs to be replaced”

“Our stay at the Baymont was a disaster! Initially we were placed in a room that was adjacent to a service room that had ongoing noisy equipment, and needless to say, we weren’t going to get any sleep being in that room. We requested being moved to another room so that we could get some sleep after a long day driving on the road. By the next morning we had discovered room conditions that were shockingly disgusting. Summed up, areas around the room were covered in dust and filth that resembled……

“We liked the pool. Nice and long, warm and clean. open 7 am to 11pm. The breakfast was also good. Bed was good. Areas that needed improving: Carpet in our room was somewhat smelly. Could have used a good shampooing. No coffee maker in room, only one drinking cup, No bags in room. Hot tub in pool area, either needed to have the water changed, or more chlorine as the water had a green tint to it. Cranberry drink in breakfast area was watered down to a point it had no taste.”

“Television didn't work in the room, breakfast is VERY minimal and not sure if its because it is an old hotel with thinner outside walls, but it was very noisy with parking lot trucks revving up and traffic in area. ”

“So, it's located at an intersection corner. The room overall was clean, but the bathtub was dirty and I had to order some things to clean it and disinfect it prior to use. There is no theme park, but it is located near downtown Gallatin.”

“The entire hotel is under renovation. The rooms were disgusting. The parking lot was full of old mattresses and old furniture. There was furniture sitting out through out the hotel. Do NOT stay here! All other hotels were booked, so were were forced to sleep here. It was absolutely terrible! Beware! The pictures of the rooms on the website is a complete scam! ”

“For anyone looking for a hotel/motel I recommend you stay far far away from this establishment. We came Friday, April 17th through Saturday, April 18th, and were forced to cut our stay short due to many reasons which you can read below: •Pee on the wall •Bed Bugs present as well as bites •Rude and absent staff •Electrical wires exposed •Smell of Marginara in and outside of our rooms •Shower head leak, which caused water to spray all over the floor •Caught staff looking through windows of……
