“This apartment got the job done but has a few things that would make a long term stay annoying. It smells pretty musty in there so we lit candles the whole time, we couldn't open windows as most of the screens had holes in them. The fan for the AC unit was so loud outside the first bedroom it was a treat to walk outside and not hear it anymore. Also, the bathroom sink in the first bathroom leaks so badly if you have it on while brushing your teeth water gets everywhere. I dont know that we would……

“First off the place is very nice and is located in a beautiful location near the lake. I don't like giving negative reviews. It has great potential I just believe that whoever the owner is paying to clean and prep the place is dropping the ball. Upon arrival the place wasn't very clean. There were used to Clorox wipes laying all around and the rug hasn't been vacuumed. The listing showed that soap and shampoo would be provided and it wasn't. Luckily my son had brought some. “We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless and very well taken care of, which made it feel so comfortable from the moment we walked in. The location couldn’t be better—close to Clemson University, downtown, and all the local spots we wanted to check out. The host was easy to communicate with and made everything smooth and stress-free. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Clemson. This will be our go-to place for Clemson games!”
