"Our summer stay at Mark's place in King's Beach was great. Quiet, beautiful view, convenient location, classy and clean, and so much more. To top it off, we experienced a severe thunderstorm warning while we were there, and we promptly received a call from Mark to check in on us and make sure we were alright, and to reassure us to call him if we needed anything, despite the storm. If I could give a bonus star for this stay, I would. Mark get's an A+ from us."

"The Incline Village condo was comfortable with the necessary amenities, and a great “home base”to all the activities we enjoyed at Lake Tahoe. The beds were comfy, the patio was nice for bird watching while drinking our morning coffee, we enjoyed walking through the woods to the university and restaurants close by. "

"We've stayed at this cabin before, but during the summer time. The cabin is moderately stocked with most kitchen needs. There were a few things that I wish I had brought from home, like a decent potato peeler and a really sharp knife, but I managed. When I stayed during the summer I made a request that the master bedroom mattress be upgraded, and was hoping they had, but it was the same lousy one and my back is feeling it today. The other two bedrooms might have better mattresses. Great location...
