He went above and beyond great customer service levels and because of him, emphasizing again, BECAUSE OF HIM and his outstanding level of customer service (which we are finding is difficult to find these days) we are planning on being back at least once per year! “This is the property that i booked but i actually changed properties the second night. We stayed at the maple beach property it was right next to the beach, close to the excursion pickups/dropoffs. The hotel staff were nice, the hotel security was nice and helpful, the host is the same person for both properties he is amazing, very accommodating, very nice person, his communication is great, and he is very helpful. “We had a great stay overall. The place was very clean, spacious, and in a really good location. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference. One of the best parts was having access to both beach and pool chairs, such a nice perk because we didn’t feel the need to go to beach clubs since everything we needed was already there.
