"Room was very clean and comfy. Staff was great. Location was great for an event at Rocky Point. One issue - and I've never complained about noise at a hotel in my life. But my room was the closet to the lobby desk. And for a long while around midnight - there was a lengthy conversation in the lobby - with one voice being a very loud male voice. I recommend a sign posted in the lobby asking people to keep conversations at a minimum volume late at night. One more thing - since I couldn't sleep...

"Wonderful place to stay and Erin was great. Asked about a Grill on the property and the next day we had a grill. The young adults loved the pool and water activities while the older adults enjoyed sitting on the docks watching the sunrise with a cuppa coffee. Would highly recommend this property."

"This home is a charming and cozy historic property with a private courtyard in back with garden lights. The location is perfect right across from the Naval Academy and a couple blocks walk to the waterfront and center of town."
