Spring has sprung! Enjoy the outdoors and this cozy getaway!

Perfect for your all-seasons, cozy getaway! Enjoy the outdoors and all the recreation Little Pine Creek and the mountains have to offer with Tipple Road providing a cozy accommodation after the fun. Spring can be enjoyed with no better fly fishing than Little Pine Creek offers. Summer fun, again, with creek frontage providing quick access to fishing, swimming and other water recreation. Minutes from hiking trails and biking the Rails to Trails. Enjoy stargazing in the black of night & the lake at Little Pine State Park. How about turkey or bear hunting? Indoor appeal and comfort is not compromised with newly renovated space and furnishings. Kick your feet up on the porch with a cup of coffee and wait for the eagles to fly over!

Lovely, cozy, comfortable... Great access
Really a nice, clean, updated cabin with close access to a beautiful stretch of water (Little Pine Creek) and a beautiful 20 minute drive to the entrance to Pine Creek Valley and many other creeks that feed it. Lovely fishing, landscapes, birding. Really comfortable cabin. Looking forward to our next visit.

Quaint
The cabin was small-2-3 people maximum but was very well maintained and equipped with many many extras. Kitchen and bath items etc. Little extras that meant a lot. We missed a kitchen table not just for eating but how do you play cards or games? The outside- backyard and fire pit was great. The front porch was small and the afternoon sun was brutal on that porch. A back porch would be very valuable . The location was great because we were close to activities for swimming and hiking. Very charming and clean place!

Awesome Cottage!
Our stay was everything we were looking for. It felt like home. Every need was met by the host. We came to the area for our grandsons graduation from high school. But wanted a vacation from South Carolina. The fishing for my husband was very important. He caught so many and the weather cooperated. He released all back to the water. Definitely we will return in the future! Sue and Garry Masley

Delightful Creekside Experience!!
Our stay at Halle's lovely cabin was perfect from start to finish. It was extremely clean and very well-appointed. Halle thought of everything! Her guest guide was thorough and communication was impeccable. The creek is absolutely lovely! The fire pit is safely designed and easy to manage. This is a popular fishing area so you may even see a few fly fisherman wading by. Would absolutely visit again.... 5 STARS!

Relaxing at its best!
We love the Waterville area. So many great mountain roads that lead to many great small towns! Add to that a cozy cottage on Little Pine Creek, a perfect combination! Halle provided a clear helpful guest guide. The cottage was very clean, stocked with all the essentials and was very welcoming. I was a bit nervous taking our 1 year old puppy on her first vacation, but she did great. Plenty of room to play in the backyard and she loved the creek and the squirrels! We took our own chair and sofa covers (our pup likes to hang with us on the furniture), but would not have needed to - Halle had blankets available. We enjoyed the eagles flying over the creek early in the morning and the campfire with an amazing starry sky. We live in the country, but can say I never saw that many stars! Great place to stay!

Great host and amazing property!
Host had everything needed at the property for my family to enjoy a great weekend away from home! Kids played in the creek and was able to enjoy popcorn and s’mores provided by the property owner, never expected this kind treatment. Will definitely book with them again in the future.

Perfect Cabin by the Creek Getaway
This cute cabin was the perfect getaway for my family. Large yard with fire pits, and right on the creek. (Water was very low during our stay but it was perfect for my 18 month old son and dog to play in!) The only thing to note is that the second queen bed is available in the loft and must be accessed by stairs (which wasn’t any issue for us, but to be aware of if you have older guests.) Halle is an amazing hostess, welcoming you with a s’mores basket, and everything you need for your stay! Very friendly, easy to contact, quick to respond and easy check-in. Will definitely go back again.

The perfect getaway
The perfect little getaway. Our first family vacation in years and it did not disappoint. The cottage was very clean, perfect temperature inside. So cozy and calming. Halle literally thought of everything. She made us feel very welcomed. From the smores basket to the toiletries baskets, she had it all. The creek was a little low at the time of our visit but it did not stop us from enjoying the kayaks ( which the owner provides). Plenty to see and do close by, but just as pleasant to sit on the porch and watch the mountains and nature. We will be back for sure! Thank you so much Halle, you are a top notch host!

Clean but had a couple issues………
Very clean and bed was super comfortable with nice clean sheets. There were a few issues that the owners are addressing that I’m sure will be fixed for the next folks that stay there. One issue that may or may not make a difference to the next people renting is that the shower is extremely small. If you’re thin/skinny no problem but if you weigh anything over, let’s say 150 pounds, beware as you can hardly turn around in the shower. But there were very clean and fluffy towels to dry off with. If you like to cook out on the fire, there are 2 fire pits. One is huge and the other is small. It is right on Pine Creek however, there’s really not a spot to go into the river safely. The river was extremely low so perhaps that was part of that issue. One thing you should definitely inquire about is the wifi. If you have a cell phone with all the options, not a problem I suppose, but we had an IPad and a Kindle Fire and no matter how you plugged in the username and password, you were not getting wifi. So that might be a deal breaker for some folks. Nice huge yard, quiet and in a great neighborhood though. Not far from Pine Creek Park where there is swimming altho the lake bottom has a tremendous amount of seaweed and big rocks. The cabin itself is set in a lovely area.

Perfect creekside retreat
We had a wonderful time at this cabin!! It had all the modern amenities of home but in a peaceful mountain setting. The creek frontage is beautiful 2 spots to have campfires and roast smores (which our wonderful host provided all the tools for!!!) We tubed from the house to the suspension bridge which was a blast!!! Beautiful trout fishing right near the back of the property!! I'm already planning my return!!
