Some issues…
*Ants was inside the kitchen.
*The Washing machine wouldn’t start
*Patio door is is hard to lock, one night we couldn’t lock it.
*All the windows downstairs was unlocked when we came in the house.
*Bathroom upstairs on the right bath tub stopped up.

Beautiful Home, Horrible Property Management
The house was nice and all but for what I paid and the experience and response time from the property manager and host was unacceptable. We stayed for 5 days and our issues were not even close to being resolved after discovering them the first day . From power flickering, broken beds, missing fan remotes and tv remotes the hosts are horrible . They went from attempting to fix the issue to saying they didn’t know anything about the issues . Just a bunch of games and bull crap . Krystal Bertrand & Tropical Escape Resort Homes are pointless and a waste of time. They don’t answer the phone or email in a proper time frame . I just can’t believe we pay all this money and treated this way . I will continue to stay at resorts and etc before going through this again in a house. On the other hand the house was new and beautifully decorated. But that don’t matter when stuff don’t work correctly.
