7th Floor Unit 709 Oceanfront with Great Views in Ponce Inlet

This oceanfront 2 bedroom 2 bath condo sleeps 7! Along with its beautiful oceanfront views the living room features a large flat screen TV with a sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped and features granite counter tops with a spacious breakfast bar. In the guest bedroom you can relax in a full or twin bed with a small TV. The master bedroom has a luscious king size bed and large flat screen TV.

South Point features cozy 2 bedroom/2-bathroom oceanfront units located on the pristine traffic free section of the beach in Ponce Inlet. The property features an oceanfront pool, covered parking, BBQ grills, and seating on the seaside deck. Each condo has a washer and dryer located inside the unit. South Point is only minutes away from the historic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, waterfront restaurants, Marine Science Center , Fishing Fleet and Nature walks. South Point is a weekly rental building.


South Point pool and beach access are open. Booking will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking date or next business day by the owner's property management company.

Great place!

We had a great time! This condo has lots of amenities. They even had a stroller and pack and play which I thought was great for people traveling with kids. Lots of towels, chairs, beach toys too!

Beautiful Condo 709

Lovely condo, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, beautiful 7th floor view. Everything you would hope for. We meet with our 3 daughters and their families (6 grandchildren). Beach is perfect for all of us to enjoy. We’ve already booked this condo for next summer.

The area is beautiful with fantastic beaches and great places to eat! The condominium was exactly as advertised. It was great! Perfect location with easy access to everything we needed!
