This modern, bright, clean space is the upper unit of a 2 unit duplex. You will have the entire upper unit to yourself.
This apartment is strategically located where I25 and 76 converge for easy access to the airport, mountains, and downtown, all while being gently nestled in a quiet neighborhood.
Downtown is only 14 min away and a short hour drive to the nearest slopes.
Pets are awesome. Limit is 1 per stay. $100 deposit.
This place is a safe, cozy spot to rest your head as you explore CO!

Great stay!
While we had a couple hiccups, Canon was great with communication and we really enjoyed our stay. Comfy beds, cozy house. There is no washer/dryer but there’s a laundromat about 4 minutes away (Mr Clean) that was perfect! We would definitely stay here again.

Great location close to downtown
My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and very well stocked with the necessities, (ex: towels, cleaning supplies, etc). Mr. Cannon the owner was very attentive and responded to any questions in a quick and timely manner. We loved the house and we plan on staying there everytime we come to Colorado if it is available. Thank You Cannon
