Recently finished 1300 SQFT walkout basement with brand new Furniture. Separate access 2 Bed rooms with queen bed. living room with sleeping sofa and coffee table. Kitchen with full appliances , dishes and utensils. Full bath room. Family friendly house that can accommodate up to 5 guests. Iron, and hair dryer, smart TV with free NETFLIX, washer, dryer & FREE WIFI. 12 minutes to the (DIA ) Air port , 20 minutes to down town and 11 minutes to Children/University Hospital.

Overall great, limited kitchen
My stay was great overall. The hosts were extremely friendly whenever I saw them throughout the stay. The property was as described in the listing. If you're someone who likes to cook, the kitchen is pretty limited. There wasn't much freezer space and the cooking supplies were very basic plates, pots, pans, and utensils. Some essentials were missing such as measuring cups and measuring spoons. The neighborhood was fine, but lacked local restaurants. The vast majority of restaurants nearby were chains.

Excellent stay Awesome Service. Being a disabled veteran the owners took luggage from/to my car.
Will return next stay in Denver. Anyone who understands how hard it is to stay in another's space will appreciate the way these owners positively share will appreciate where they chose to stay.

Great location and easy to check in
The property was as listed. The stairs leading down to the basement apartment are tricky as the bottom portion was not well lit so my husband actually fell and hurt himself. More lights would be good. The apartment was clean and easy to access. Good location between the airport and the venue we were visiting daily in commmerce city. There was a weird smell at the beginning of our stay but it dissipated and we also noticed there was no temperature control. I would still recommend this property.

Perfect for being close to the airport
Girmas house was exactly what we needed for our three nights. We needed a safe, clean and comfortable place that was close to the airport. We were a little unsure about sharing a space with someone as we usually try to rent an entire place to ourselves. We decided to give Girmas place a shot since it had its own private entrance and we would be on the bottom floor with our own private bathroom. Pros Private entrance Private floor Very Clean Lock box Felt very Safe in the neighborhood Nice toilet paper 🧻 Close to the airport Cons Wood floors you can hear upstairs sometimes. You can’t control temperature We would stay here again! Thank you

Just Amazing
Very welcoming, everything is new and we had everything we needed PLENTY I would say the only thing i had to get was toothpaste, by far this has been the best place we've stayed at we stayed here for 6 days and I would definitely stay here again. It's close to everything and the neighborhood is very nice.

Comfortable Appartment
The rental was very clean. The linens were very nice and the beds were new and comfortable. We parked in the driveway but there was ample street parking. Even though this is a lower level apartment, it is very bright and well lit. We were there for an extended period and were very comfortable. Girma was easy to contact and was always very accommodating. We recommend this rental and would rent there again.
