This home features a high end modern feel! Just Built in 2020 all new appliances etc! Main floor bathroom, high end kitchen, garage door in living room that leads out to the hot tub. 2nd Floor Bedroom with King bed & private bathroom & crib, laundry on this level & a large Master with luxury shower & Tub, 3rd floor office area and yoga space, and an amazing rooftop patio with a fire pit and wet bar! Two basement Bedrooms - one with King bed and private bathroom & another with a Queen bed. 1 Rollaway Bed also provided. Home is professionally cleaned before and after each guest with Covid Guidelines! Ample street parking! Easy to get to Red Rocks as well!

Great location, great hosts, great trip!!
Our daughter and husband live in Denver so we always rent a home (VRBO) for the entire family to gather under one roof. This place is perfect for that. Everything was seamless, and I mean everything. We walked to the French bakery and Kaladi Coffee..easy walk. Dunkin’ is also walking distance. Pearl Street is a gem that is not far away..great restaurants. We had a small snafu w/ the oven..mgmt fixed the issue the same day while we were out w/ family. The only thing that was “off” was there were no dish towels for the kitchen (unless we just never found them). Our daughter just brought some from her house so we didn’t bother w/ a request. Hot tub was perfect, beds were nice and everyone slept well. We did NOT use the theater room. I would also suggest more seating in the living room. But we will try to rent this space again in our future visits. You will not be disappointed.

The home was beautiful. We chose it because it looked perfect for our one year old with baby gates. If you are looking for a home safe for kids just be aware that the full length mirrors are not secured to the walls, they are just leaned against them. Our baby easily broke one which we will have to replace - So double check them.

Awesome house
My wife and I stayed with 2 other couples. Great house because each room had its own bathroom. Nice media room downstairs to watch movies…and a hot tub located just outside the living room for indoor/outdoor fun. Overall excellent experience
