Enjoy 5 acres, a pond, a spacious 4600 square foot home AND A beautiful PARTY BARN (heated and air-conditioned) on property. Graceland also boasts an enormous kids play tower, fire pit, tetherball, a hammock, bocce ball, 2 giant Jengas, giant yard Yatzy, board games, a field for softball or whatever you want, Sonos speakers, 2 living rooms (one for kids), an office area with desk, printer, and monitor, and a large granite chef's kitchen with everything you may need for preparing/ serving/ entertaining/ hosting large groups including a commercial ice maker (we are NOT messing around!). Not to mention the 30-foot x 45-foot party barn with a video game arcade (Golden Tee, Big Buck Hunter Safari, Silver Strike), pool table, ping pong, a bar, refrigerator, microwave, 85” tv, Sonos sound system, etc… It's amazing and just had a complete renovation complete with 13 foot granite, bar cabinets and seating.
Let’s not forget the other extras... Graceland is stocked with comfy beds, great linens, towels so fluffy you can only fit three on a shelf, and a master suite that is sure to please all guests with walk-in shower, an adjustable Tempur-Pedic that will absolutely spoil you, 75" led tv, and fireplace.
This property is perfect for families to relax or play till they just can’t play anymore. There are deer that visit daily! The deer visit all day long and are fun to watch.
BONUS- I OWN AN UPSCALE APT COMPLEX 12 MINUTES AWAY. AT THE FOUR SEASONS APARTMENTS, YOU CAN USE THE INDOOR POOL in the winter, OUTDOOR POOL in the summer AND TWO-LEVEL CLUBHOUSE WITH GYM (home gyms, bikes, treadmill), SAUNA, ETC.. About Your Host-
I love to make people happy and that exactly what my properties are designed for. I'm a landlord by trade. I have apartment complexes and rental homes. Then six years ago I created my first vacation rental property, and it grew from there. I offer vacation rentals because it's fun! Making sure groups are set up to have a blast is a challenge that I find very rewarding. I take this seriously. Being a big kid at heart, I make it my mission to deliver the fun for kids- also being one who appreciates nice things, I deliver comfort and attention to detail for the adults. I truly desire for you to have the most fun and relaxation as possible, and with the fewest hassles as well. That is why we put in so much effort before you get there. We provide and offer many things that set us apart. Things like super comfy beds, awesome fluffy towels, mints, coffee, toothpaste and toothbrushes, luxurious body care products, personal care products, make-up removing towelettes, and others as well. Easy check in and The PartyBarn great!The only negative was the water well kept stopping and had to wait longer times than we should have. Other than that and a few electrical outlets didn’t work our reunion party had a blast

Bedrooms, bathrooms, and living space were perfect for a large family get together. House is stocked with little extras to help make your stay perfect. The hot tub was not working and the sink in the party barn was out of order, but otherwise fantastic!

Perfect location for family ranging from 1 year old to 90 years old.

The Party barn was great. The pool table, ping pong table and video games really made it enjoyable. The hot tub was clean and worked great.

Holiday family get togethet

This home was the perfect location to bring our families together under one roof to celebrate the holidays. Plenty of space for everyone. The Christmas decorations were an unexpected touch. The kids especially enjoyed all of the games and the hot tub. Owner was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Would definitely stay again!!

Great spot for a family reunion. The party barn was a perfect place for all ages to hang out and enjoy. We had one problem that Steve immediately addressed. Would rent here again.

Graceland was Great!

This property lived up to its VRBO listing and reviews. It is clean,spacious, well-appointed, and well-stocked with everything from coffee to toothpaste. We had no problems at all. The party barn was perfect for a day after our son's wedding get-together. SO much fun! We would definitely rent again!

Family gathering

Three generations of family enjoyed staying at this property. Plenty to do for everyone with the arcade barn, play equipment and big yard. We were able to enjoy the indoor pool at the other location. Location of the property gives both the feel of being in the country while having city amenities close.
