Gulf-front First Floor Condo with Two Master Suites!

Sterling Sands 101 is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom, Gulf-front Condominium is situated right on the sugary, white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Sterling Sands 101 has a private Gulf-front balcony that is accessed through the Living Area and master bedroom through floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors. The living area and both bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs.

This is located on the first floor. All guest staying at Sterling Sands are required to register and pay the on-site Association prior to arrival in order to receive parking passes and amenity wristbands.

Sterling Sands is currently in the process of replacing doors and windows within the complex. Sterling Sands 101 has been completed, but noise will be present while on property and possibly within the unit. Construction is expected to be complete by Early April 2026, weather permitting. If you have any questions, please give us a call.

The open-concept living area of Sterling Sands 101 contains a main living area, dining area, and kitchen, with views of the beach from all. The living area has a comfortable sectional sofa perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach, and a nice wet bar and mini fridge just a few steps away. The kitchen is equipped with all of the dishware and cookware you will need to create your own family recipes, and the dining area also includes a breakfast bar which, together, provide seating for your entire group. There is a laundry closet in the main hallway that contains a full-sized washer and dryer set.

The first master bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, a private entrance to the beachfront balcony, and a walk-in closet. The master bathroom has two vanities, a jetted tub, and a tiled walk-in shower.
The additional master bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, a private entrance to the beachfront balcony, and a kitchenette that includes a Keurig, sink, mini fridge, and microwave. The master bathroom has two vanities, a jetted tub, and a tiled walk-in shower. You're able to enjoy the white sands and sparkling emerald waters from the large balcony!

The guest bedroom has full-size bunk beds with a twin trundle, a large closet, and access to the main guest bathroom. The guest bathroom has a vanity and a tub-shower combination.

Incredible location and beautiful condo!

This condo is perfectly located on the beach in Destin. It was immaculately decorated with a perfect beach vibe! Everything we needed was there. The beds were comfy. The chair/umbrella guys for the beach service were a bit particular regarding when we were to and were not to have the umbrellas open. Highly recommend!

Spring Break

The condo was in a great location and quite large. We had our 3 adult children and it never felt small or crowded. I appreciated the amenity kits left for us that included a small amount of kitchen and laundry soap as well as shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soaps. My only complaint was the sheets. They were horrible quality and we were there for 9 nine days. It’s time to upgrade them. Everything else was fantastic!

Beautiful Condo & Beach

We really enjoyed the beautiful condo! We especially liked having 2 master suites with King beds in both! The beach was also gorgeous and very convenient & close. Wish the beach chairs were included with our rental. Also would love to have had a rocker recliner in the living area as well as handicapped grab bars in the showers for older guests! Overall we throughly enjoyed our trip and hope to return soon! Highly recommend this unit!

Amazing condo!

This condo is in an amazing location, so close to everything you need. The fridge went out on us the first night and after I called we had a new temporary fridge delivered. The beach is a super short walk away! I would definitely stay here again.

Overall happy with our stay! First floor is great for access and end unit is nice and quiet. The bathroom of the 2nd master could use some updates but the rest of the condo is great!

Beautiful Beach Front Condo

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home is comfortable and right in the beach. We prefer a more private section of the beach to stay on, but our choices were limited due to a late start in booking. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for our family.

Good place to stay

The place was big enough to hold everyone. My biggest complaint is the refrigerator where half the plastic bins are broken and difficult to use. We loved having the other small refrigerators and they came in handy. Minor fix ups on the property would be great (mainly in the bathrooms). The few small problems we had on arrival were fixed immediately and that service was great. I would stay here again. I appreciated the chair rental that came with the apartment.

Great place to stay!

This condo is convenient to the beach, pool, and all the area attractions. It was spacious and suited me, my husband, and my son and his family of 3 perfect. The only minor complaint is the couch is not very comfy to sit on but who needs to sit inside at the beach anyway! :)

Amazing family vacation

The location of this condo was amazing and right on the beach! The size of the rooms and closets were above our expectations. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils as well as two kitchenettes. Only complaint was the pillows were too thin and hard and late check out was tan issue (not good for a baby that needs a nap before the plane) Other than that, we had zero issues

Nice Unit

Nice clean quiet unit with a beautiful view of the beach. They provided plenty of towels and good basic supplies, which included paper towel roll, trash bags, dishwasher pods, dish soap & sponge, travel size soaps, and plenty of kitchen utensils, dishes, cups, & cooking essentials. Check in was a breeze, we could walk across the street to shop & eat, pool area was clean & well maintained, & staff was friendly.

Absolutely gorgeous place! Loved everything about this condo except the dryer takes forever to dry a load. They sent up maintenance to fix it but didn’t really help.

Lovely place

All was great but just want to mention they need a new dryer. It runs and heats, but for some reason doesn’t dry the clothes. But to end on a good note, the view is priceless!

Nice staycation on the beach

Had a good overall experience. Great location, nice condo. The dryer doesn't dry very well, I think the heating element is going out. We had to dry single items alone or small loads 2-3 times. The door to the master bath doesn't close enough to lock but closes enough for privacy. Otherwise, had a good stay and would recommend.

Everything was wonderful with the exception of the Master Bed mattress. It really needs to be updated. Woke up with back ache most mornings. Rest of the condo was fantastic! Beautiful!
