Construction work on site

This Condo inside was great. When i booked in March their was no warning of construction. It was very noisy drills saws sanders. Only one elevator working. First morning fire alarms went off because of construction. Had to wake everyone up and run down the stairs. Very upsetting . This was a family vacation for my birthday. . I didnt appreciate no call from the rental company to tell me .Only it added to my rental 1st of June. Left 2 weeks later. Noone is willing to do anything about it.

Sisters’ get-away

The property and location were beautiful. The site for the property said it was 4 minutes from the airport, when it was 35 minutes from the airport. When we had a small issue with the living room TV, maintenance came and got it fixed, and also came back the next day to fix a bar stool. We wished there was a bit more information provided about the area, and felt a rental car would have been a good idea, as most places were not within a walking distance. Overall, we had a very nice, comfortable stay.

Family vacay

We really enjoyed the location of this property. It had easy access to the beach, pool, and good restaurants. The view was great from the room! My only complaint is that there are too many rental chairs/umbrellas and not enough open space for personal chairs.

Vaction luxury

This property was amazing! The condo looked exactly same as photos and even bigger in person! All furniture was comfortable and it was beautifully decorated with beach decor (a must for a beach condo for me!) No issues at all with this property! Will definitely stay here again!

Positives…Great location, easy beach access, bonus pool next to beach was a plus. Unit was spacious and as described. Negatives … no pot holders, needs a true skillet (used the griddle in place of skillet but hard to cook eggs on it) and artificial plants were a negative. Overall experience was positive would stay again.

Great for girls getaway

Our stay was so delightful. Our rental provided plenty of space and quick access to the beach! Thank you for having a tv in every bedroom. Bathrooms were nice sized and living room wonderful for evening chats! Building was located with plenty of dining options in the area. We will be back!

Awesome place

Girls trip. Other than an issue with gate code & a few maintenance issue, which were quickly resolved I highly recommend. Great view, great location, love The Back Porch, one of our favorites. Been coming to Destin for 25+ years but never have I stayed at Sterling Shores. We most definitely will stay again & again. Oh, loved the two pools.

Impressive location

Family fun trip with the kids. The kids and adults loved the super sized pool and the condo. Great location next to beach and restaurant! Master bathroom toilet handle needs jiggled so it won’t run and kids closet door needs some attention. Kitchen well equipped! Found the wifi code 2nd day of trip posted next to ground floor elevator. Thanks for the fun stay!

Wonderful condo!

This condo was in a great location, had wonderful view of the pool, which the kids loved. Comfortable king bed. Kids liked the bunk beds. Kitchen and bathrooms nicely updated. Would definitely stay again! For owners- there were some maintenance needs- master bathroom toilet handle was broken on arrival (we partially fixed it enough to work, but will need replaced), one of the side table lamps switch was broken, the second bathroom tub was not draining properly, and the second bathroom towel rod was coming off the wall.

The condo was beautiful - loved the beach decor! The kitchen had everything we needed and the master shower was awesome. Enjoyed coffee and the view on the balcony every morning! Overall location was great too - so nice to walk to The Back Porch! We had a beautiful week!!

Perfect seaside escape

Loved the house and location. Elevator was constantly broken so we had to walk up the stairs most of the time. Check in time was super late and would recommend an earlier check in for future. Other than that super clean, super modern, very beautiful ocean view!

Vacation ruined by baseball teams

Location ….Loved it , although a little high priced. Only one elevator worked, which was a major problem getting my in laws in an out but understood the situation. Unfortunately Also, multiple baseball teams were staying at the property and basically took over the pool area like it was their own back yard. Very loud and disrespectful. Will not be coming back due to that reason.

It was perfect!

The condo was clean and looked just like the pictures. There was no damage or wear and tear. The only negatives were the Sterling Shores beach was overly crowded and only one elevator worked.

Great location

Location great, outside of building needs some re-fresh if, inside just like the pictures. The kitchen could use more large plates, only 3 in the cabinet and a few new pans would be great. Loved the terrace/balcony views. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

Hyde family trip

The condo was perfect for our family trip. We had the best views, location to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, etc was perfect! We also loved the home like environment with comfort. We cooked most of the trip, and the condo had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!!!

Sterling Shores - Great Location

Nice property. Our only issue was getting into the property on day one the code given on the app was incorrect but we quickly got in and enjoyed our vacation in the Destin area. Great location to grocery stores, restaurants and the walk across the road to the beach was very easy and took only a few minutes. NIce view of the pool and beach from the balcony.

Great place to stay!

This is our second time staying at Sterling Shores. This condo was beautiful, clean, and exactly what we needed for a short getaway to relax. I’ve already forwarded the link/info to friends who loved pictures of our vacation. Highly recommend!
