“We recently stayed at the Fairmont Hotel in Pecos while visiting from Dallas. The room itself was fine, but there were several issues that made our stay less enjoyable. “This was a fake listing. They took pictures of the hotel next door and used them to sell rooms. Expedia refused to help get a refund and hung up on me when I called. Expedia said the place existed but they called the office and county get through. I won’t use Expedia ever again.”
