Devil's Den Tours

This is a complicated review. This is a great hotel. The staff was so awesome, breakfast was good but…. The elevator is not working. Only room available was on the 3rd floor. For me it was very complicated to keep it going up and down to the rooms as I am recuperating from heart failure. I truly believe when the only elevator isn’t working it should be announced so we can make plans accordingly.

Overall experience was good. Only issue was I was downstairs and people upstairs moved

Facilities were overall excellent, the only reason I’m not giving a fully great review is our check in experience. Upon check in, the staff charged our card for a full reservation instead of simply the security hold- granted our room was already paid in full and should have included the breakfast. They were then unable to reverse said charges on our card and we had to wait an entire week for the money to be released to our card! Also, magically the breakfast was not included although I received an email from Expedia confirming it was… overall very frustrating
