“Unit needs updating. Bed was awful. Wall are thin. TV is impossible to decipher without hours of work. Guest must provide dish towels, wash cloths & many basics.A friendly guy, but Host has some difficulty with English.Unit Not suitable for seniors nor handicapped.Parking was great. Entry instructions were not clear. Any VRBO provider should try their unit like a visitor and then decide on amenities.As a disabled veteran I would not choose to stay there again.”

“We enjoyed this rental unit so much! It was sparkling clean. The unit is nicely laid out - generous space for kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms and 2 nice sized bathrooms. We really appreciate the washer & dryer within the unit. The parking is convenient and so nice to have the security of a gaited community. We enjoyed the nice outside area to go for walks each day. The primary bed was very comfortable. This VRBO is located close to shopping, restaurants and several retirement parks. It is close……

“El aire acondicionado no estaba funcionando, la regadera del baño principal estaba sucia. La cocina no tenía muchas cosas básicas como servilletas, ni otras cosas básicas. Nos cambiaron de departamento y no tuvimos ninguna compensación por las horas que pasamos sofocados de calor”

“The facility overall was clean and had necessary kitchen needs. (However the coffee pot didn’t work properly) New washer / dryer worked well. Both bathrooms were clean and functioned well. Bedrooms were ok. Double bed a little soft for my likings, but that’s just my preference. Parking was good. Garbage dumpster available and handy. Neighbors across from us were nosy 2 nights and also barking dog one night. I would stay here again.”

“The property was easy to find. The apartment was clean. The neighborhood was quiet. The property is very close to restaurants, convenience stores, and shopping centers. This property was a good fit for the 2 night stay for my family.”

“Truly an amazing experience I loved that everything was so well designed the whole interior was well taken care of the kitchen, spotless the restroom spotless. I even washed my clothes in the washer and dryer that they had and enjoyed my time outside in the little patio would definitely book again thank you so much, Denise lovely home by the way”

“While the kitchen and living room areas were aesthetically pleasing, we observed that the bedrooms exhibited significant cleanliness issues, specifically blood and mucus stains on the walls. Additionally, the bathrooms appear to be in need of modernization. As a result of these concerns, we opted to depart a day ahead of schedule and subsequently checked into the Tru Hilton.”
