He went out of his way to help us find a place to keep my son's bike safely and was on top of any issues we had. No complaints, I recommend Guy and any his properties wholeheartedly."

"The streets where this is located seemed safe, fine generally. The area of Irvington seems to be underinvested in, so lots of trash around, and the street parking is wild (parking on main thoroughfares leading to cars zigzagging around and sudden stopping) if you're not from NJ. Doesn't affect the rating of the place though, just be aware of that. "Listing was accurate! Apartment was clean and nice! They supplied shampoo, conditioner, body wash & enough towels for the family! Even more than enough toothpaste! I have 6 kids so a broom would have been a game changer, there was a dustpan, but I couldn’t find the broom. Using the bissel vacuum was okay-but I’m tall so I had to bend over while vacuuming.
