"The kitchen was well appointed and I really appreciated the full fridge for leftover and drink storage, but the bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan and my toilet leaked from the front, which was very inconvenient. I was unable to try the hotel's breakfast offerings due to my schedule, but I hope to should I choose to stay here again."

"The staff at this hotel are some of the most professional and helpful people I’ve encountered. Last minute, my mom, who recently had a stroke, needed a handicapped-accessible room. Maria, the manager, quickly moved things around and even offered an early check-in knowing I was driving straight from the hospital. That level of care meant so much to me. Esperanza in the kitchen was absolutely the sweetest and fastest! She worked nonstop making sure breakfast stayed stocked, clean, and organized. This is my second stay here, and I’d gladly drive extra time to my destination just to stay here again. You truly won’t go wrong booking this hotel. The housekeeping ladies do knock early, but honestly it helped keep us moving and out on time and they were all super sweet. My front desk guy (he’s Caribbean) was amazing too! Very knowledgeable about the area and great at explaining everything nearby and in the vicinity. Only suggestion I’d make would be keeping the ice machine running and emptying it more often when it gets too full. They do shut off the in-room ice makers, so make sure to turn yours on as soon as you arrive the ice starts making pretty quickly after that. Overall, awesome staff and a wonderful experience during a stressful time for my family. Thank you all again!"

"We stayed for 8 days. The beds were comfortable, the shower worked well, and the room was clean. The staff is probably the best feature of the hotel, as they are very polite, welcoming and they try to solve any issues you may have. The parking space isn't huge but we managed to find a space everytime. Breakfast is ok, warm and cold options."

"Check in was kind of a problem, almost no rooms ready before 3pm. And then at 3 the lines to check in were too long. My sister and her family also stayed here and they only had one room out of the three that she had booked ready for occupancy. Other than that, the rooms were clean, the property was well kept, and the amenities were good. Breakfast is from 6-10am, which we all enjoyed in the morning."

"Under construction and tv did not work . When we showed up no one at front desk and room was just ok - didn’t look like they washed flooring in room. "

"There was a dead bird outside our room. Kind of hard to predict buuuttt we’re big bird people so we noticed. Check in and out was easy. The fans in the bathroom were like a fire was blowing on you. Which I liked because I’m always cold lol. But I cant imagine in the summer."
