“Friendly people and a beautiful spot”

“Cozy cabin tastefully decorated. Host left us lots of goodies: delicious macarons, sparkling water, NYS wine! Relaxing spot in a convenient location.”

“The house is beautiful. Huge. There’s also so much land. There’s a bunch of little grassy areas that were good for bocce, catch, soccer. The front pond the owners have clearly done a lot of work to clean up, and it no longer has the algae you see in some of the listing photos. The bathrooms were nicely done. Though note only the two ensuites have showers, so anyone sleeping in the basement has to use one of those to bathe. The porch is amazing to just sit and read and enjoy the deer as they go……

“This was an absolute, beautiful property, I would say almost better than the photos. The attention to details in the home was spectacular. The communication with the host was perfect. I would definitely highly recommend this property and if ever in New Jersey again would see if it was available.”

“The tent was lovely and as expected. The property was not well managed. Continental breakfast was a bagel in a box and the bar and restaurant were closed to guests due to outside events. This would be fine if you weren’t on an island with very little other option! It was strange that they couldn’t save atleast a little space for their paying guests for a drink, dinner or breakfast or atleast notify us in advance so we could have brought our own food.”
