"Staff were really nice. Rose at the reception was really very accommodating. Very friendly and immediately changed plour room when we requested to. Even the guy in the bar/ restaurant was very nice and gave my baby a free milk when we ate at the resto. Superb service!"

"This was my first time staying here.The staff were very nice. It was clean and quiet at night. During the day you would hear people outside in the pool area and in the hall, the noice level was tolerable. "

"Everything was great, the area and hotel staff were nice and if you get an ocean view, you can see the planes taking off and landing. The only thing I would comment on is that the Wi-Fi was pretty spotty at times, water pressure was low, and the outlets weren’t as conveniently placed near the beds but overall a great stay and I would pick this hotel again for any San Francisco trips in the future. "
