"We were able to have great communication with the hosts Scott and Lynn, and Scott was there to meet us and give a quick lay of the land. We had a nice spot near the creek basically to ourselves and were able to have a great spot near DuPont and Pisgah bike trails! Definitely would recommend!"

"The only toilet facilities was a porta potty which smelled and looked like it had not been emptied in months. Shower did not have a way to lock the door of the only shower, to keep others out. We did not have cell phone reception because of the mountains and no way to contact the owner. No one was around to check us in."

"Clean camper, didnt have kitchen dishes just pots and pans. Went into town picked up what I needed. Host came out to light pilot light. Rain had neen in the area so awning wand patio not set up. I am confident it would have been if I had mentioned I wanted to grill. Very friendly host and cant wait to see what he does with the property as he expands. Peaceful and quiet wifi was good as well."

"Charming & quaint. The Marigold River pod was 1 of 4 pods next to the Little Saluda River and woods. It was magical with the rippling sound of the river, the constant chirping of birds, and a turtle swimming downstream with the water current.
