“Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions.”

“Fabulous location! Walk to West End restaurants, shops and bars in 5 minutes. A 15 minute walk to downtown and all its attractions. Quiet neighborhood. You hear your neighbors in the single story building but nobody was crazy. How to sound proof the building? Small place but adequate for our needs.”

“Charming & quaint. The Marigold River pod was 1 of 4 pods next to the Little Saluda River and woods. It was magical with the rippling sound of the river, the constant chirping of birds, and a turtle swimming downstream with the water current. An unexpected joy was the ability to open one side of the pod and have a full side view of the river and woods. Perfect for an afternoon siesta! “This tiny home rental was so clean and decorated nicely. There were so many extra amenities provided. The view of the river is beautiful & so peaceful. “Cute little pods that overlook the Saluda. Exactly as described. Bathrooms were a short walk away, and the area was well lit at night. Katie was quick to respond to any questions. Had a really good time hiking in the area and relaxing by the river. Perfect little getaway. I would say the only con is that this particular pod was basically right next to the road/bridge, so the traffic got a little noisy at times, but it wasn't anything I couldn't tune out.
