“We had a wonderful weekend stay and would highly recommend this property. The home itself is spacious, comfortable, clean, and a great place to relax after a day out and about. The location was easy to find, check-in was smooth and straightforward, and it was perfectly situated for our plans (family reunion nearby). We especially appreciated being within easy reach of Five Furlongs and Angel’s—both were excellent spots with great food and service.Jaimin was lovely to correspond with throughout……

“Sure looked and sounded a lot better in the online description. The one good thing about my stay was the excellent communication with the host. The rest, well, I’ll try to stay polite and just list the facts. 1. There’s a huge For Sale sign out front and an abandoned restaurant next to the rooms. 2. Room needs updating badly.3. Windows don’t open or close. The hardware is either broken or frozen. 4. One window stays wide open, it has no screen so I had to jury rig a towel over the open window so……

“The property is located on the outskirts of Tannersville. The location is very close to hiking including the iconic Kaaterskill Falls. Unfortunately, the location is overshadowed by a very disappointing property. Its essentially run down motel in the back of a closed restaurant with a for sale sign out front. The building was not very clean and no staff were on site. The pictures are also a bit misleading as the restaurant is now closed and the grounds have deteriorated since the closure. The……

“Had such a nice and peaceful time here. A”

“The house is spaceous and clean. The host was very attentive and responsive with any questions we had. My father really enjoyed fishing in the pond neaby. Highly recommend !”

“Staying at this property was an absolute delight. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt even better in person than in the photos. Every detail - from the comfortable bedding to the amenities - made my stay feel effortless and relaxing. Check in was smooth. Overall an outstanding experience. Highly recommend this property! ”

“Last minute booking. Owner was wonderful. Cleaner, very nice. Clean and private location needed for family meeting. Not hard to get to. Relatives from out of the area, found it with ease. The area has very spotty internet connections. Once on cabin internet, it was just fine, in and outside of the cabin. Stove plate burners, propane grill, a good sized microwave and counter top convection oven.”

“Great house and great host! Very convenient location particularly to Windham Mountain. ”

“We had a great stay here. Rebecca was awesome, with great communication and the apartment was in perfectly clean condition and everything worked perfectly. I would recommend staying here. I would come back again without hesitation. Cindy and Mike. ”

“I was disappointed with the condo because the a/c that was listed did not cool the upstairs bedroom. Also, the bed had flannel sheets which made sleeping problematic. I would recommend condo spring, fall and winter.Kitchen table only had a single chair which was a problem,”
