We booked two rooms and enjoyed the stay. Staff was very helpful and eager to help. Although in the middle of Old Town, it was very quiet at night and great to sleep in peace. Everything was close for us to walk to. We wish we could have stayed longer!

This building, as old as it was, is impressive in terms of how the interior was renovated into what it is. The reception staff really made us feel welcome, who then guided us to our room, navigating the somewhat complicated corridors, which can be confusing to first-time visitors. Conveniently located from some major attractions and shopping.

Right in the heart of old town, everything was a short walk away. The train station down the hill and the Royal Mile just up the hill. The staff were amazing. We had a couple of requests that were immediately looked after. The on-site restaurant served a great breakfast.

The hotel was very good and affordable. It was very clean and the staff was very polite. Hotel Inn place is very close to Waverly train station and the old town. The loved the location of the hotel as there are many good restaurants, hubs and shops nearby.

Excellent hotel. Rooms are spacious and you get 15% off the lovely coffee shop next door. We came from and overnight flight and checked our luggage with them, when we came back still early for check in they already had a room and our luggage was brought up to it.
