"The house it is nice, a little small but cozy. My only down will be the need of an AC in the living room . The location it is a little noisy, but understandable. Victor ( The property manager) told me that they may consider installing solar panels, to help out with the power outage.Other than that , we enjoy the property and the swimming pool"

"The property is stunningly beautiful and large and very private. There is a home next door but you can’t see it and I never heard or saw the neighbors. Beautiful sunsets over the mtns and sunrises over the ocean(when the weather cooperates) Ralph bends over backwards to assure your needs are met. We had an item or two needed to be addressed and Ralph was always on top of things. Ralph has staff available to cook and show you around Samana, but we prefer exploring on our own so we didn’t utilize...

"Las Terrenas was totally worth it. The property is fantastically located on a beautiful beach of COSON. The unit was as advertised but we did have some maintenance issues that were not resolved (blackouts in room 2 did not work, coffee maker was not functional). One low point to report was the food quality at hotel property for New Year's gala - might be one of the most overpriced, worst meals I've ever had. "I liked the location, a little off the main road so a bit quieter but still only a short walk to the beach. The porch, patio and pool were nice. Josefina, our housekeeper was great!"
