“What a great experience! The suite we were given was beautiful and spacious. It also had an amazing view. The communication was always quick. Only downside was the cost to park your vehicle was high, i wish it was included in the price or atleast a discount for stsying multiple nights. Either than that everything was great.”

“非常适合两大家自己出游预定。是一个在星光大道上的高档公寓，晚上回家吃饭顺便就能把星光大道上的景点全部逛完，距离环球影城开车就15分钟搞定。房间很新很干净。生活设施很全，连刀叉餐具、胡椒粉调料全部都有。有兴趣自己做饭都完全都可以。而且房间配全自动洗衣机还有干衣机，长期旅游的人来说太贴心啦。整个公寓都带游泳池和健身房，由于时间问题，没有体验。”

“Everything was simply perfect! The host was very responsive and was always making sure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. “We had an amazing time at the “house up on the hills.” The property was in great condition and easily housed a family of 5. The hosts were very attentive with communications leading up to the trip and extremely helpful during our arrival. “I liked that the property had two doors! And a gate! And it’s own first come, first serve basis parking! One thing though would probably to add curtains to the windows and door because it is quite in the open. But besides that, the owner was very helpful and everything was great! Staff: generally very nice and friendly, we had a good chat with the staff who arrange our check-in, and explain to us everything we need to know. The staff in the restaurant were very nice too, fully aware what we need before we voice out. But the staff who help with the luggage socked me a bit because I forgot to give the tips, but face changed in seconds when I gave out the note….tips culture is so hard for me
Location: excellent if you are visiting universal studios you have the free shuttle at the hotel
Food: we paid the breakfast and it was great, don’t forget the waffles! "
