"Property location is very convenient, close to many places, 5-7 minutes walking to the beach, decent and safe area , parking outside didn’t have any problem. Room was clean but too small for a king bed , a queen or a full bed would be fine. No hot water for shower early morning or late evening. The room was extremely cold, I lowered it to 70 degrees and still very cold for me , they require to keep on and don’t shut off.. Coffee maker was on first floor, only small cups,( one day there was no ground coffee to make ),. Yes , plenty of water bottles available and free . Overall, 3 stars is fine for the price, I stayed 4 nights,"

"To say the property was amazing is an understatement, it was absolutely gorgeous! The staff were wonderful,all so kind helpful and genuine. The rooms were huge,spotless, and so nicely decorated! They also offered shuttles to and from your room. The Amenities were really really nice! Free bicycle, paddle board,and kayak rentals, as well as pickle ball courts a beautiful golf course and activities for the kids (which my son LOVED). The pool was THE BEST it was huge with a great swim up bar and delicous frozen coquito! They also served food. There are plenty of lounge chairs with umbrellas and tables and the nicest waitresses and waiters that will take your order pool side. They provide pool towels that you grab at the beach Hutt. The beach is gorgeous and the water so calm AND CLEAR. And I really have to say the landscapers were exceptional! They were so meticulous with the care of the lawn,trees, flowers and well everything actually. I noticed this after staying there for an amazing 9 nights. Day after day they worked, and they worked HARD! It was hot out too! I even watched them clean the already clean sand with some really cool machine! I could go on and on about the Hyatt Regency grand reserve! I can't wait to one day hopefully be able to go back!"
