"Cleanr room. The staff and the maid service was perfect. This was our second time. Nothing compares to sitting on the balcony and being so close to the ocean. Would be back again. Thanks Garden City! "

"First time staying at Sandy Shores III in Garden City Beach, SC. It’s a great location with public beach access less than 100 yards away, dining options within walking distance, easy to navigate around the area. The only downside is that the parking is under the building and it is tight. Our full size truck barely fit with our ladder rack, toolbox, and kayak. The clearance is 7ft 5in. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was minimally stocked with a small skillet, a saucepan, one pot, and one small baking sheet. There were only two knives. Didn’t find the cutting board until we were packing to leave. We did enjoy our stay overall!"

"Host was very pleasant, and checked in with us during check in and check out. It was very quite and peaceful during our stay. Close to restaurants and business, but far enough away to avoid traffic. Definitely will stay here again. "

"Very very nice staff. As a single woman traveling I felt very safe. The front desk staff remembered me from day to day and were very helpful. It is in a great location. The rooms are big and spacious. Great, full stocked kitchen (even had a blender). "

"Absolute perfect property for large families. The 3 unit approach gives you the opportunity to be together but the separation that you sometimes need. Absolutely wonderful."
