“We had a terrific stay at this property. Great location in Manhattan; convenient to the subway. Very easy checkin/checkout process. Everyone loved the views and being on a high floor. Bedroom configurations were also perfect for a family. ”

“This place was great. 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and 1 big living room and plenty of space to hang out. It was more than we thought we would get in Manhattan at this price.The only thing to be ready for is you are on 4 stories up with no elevator. We made it work.It's right above a pub but you didn't hear it in the room. We would stay here again.”

“First off, wow what a view! Coming home to this view alone made our trip extra special. Our family had a great stay here. Huge space for our two children plus mother in law and the bedrooms on opposite sides of the apartment gave added privacy. The decor was absolutely beautiful. Like a five star resort. Spotlessly clean, luxury sheets and towels and extra comfortable beds. Everything felt and looked brand new. The host was very accommodating and responsive. He provided for us both a crib……

“This was a great place to stay. True 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room table for family meals. AC units in 2 bedrooms and in dining/living room. Pizzeria, deli, cafe, and coffee shops all within walking distance. Very clean and comfortable. Communication with host was excellent. Great location and always easy to catch a taxi just outside. I would highly recommend renting this apartment. ”

“Cleaning was top notch , everything smelled & looked well cleaned. Location near Times Square for my conference was also perfect for me & ideal for most needing to be centrally located in manhattan. Unit can definitely used to accommodate multiple guests comfortably given the space. The host was practical & very responsive to all my questions. ”

“We highly recommend this property!! It is beautifully decorated, centrally located and extremely clean!! We had a group of 4 adults, 2 teenagers and a 4 month old baby. We had more than enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning/heating unit so that you can have your room at your individual desired temperature. “Its really beautiful. We stay with 5 people but should stayed with more! They were very responsive. Only one problem was we couldn't figure out how to get hot water from the main bed room shower.”

“Great location next to bus stops and close to the subway.A plethora of restaurant, coffee, and snack options to choose from. Really homey neighborhood. The apartment was spacious and clean. All the necessities were there. Beds were comfortable. Couch was comfortable enough to sleep on as well. Check in was easy and property managers were responsive. “Location was great and staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a good experience on our first trip to NYC. ”

“Property is in a typical NYC walk up building. Clean and basic accommodations to sleep for tourists with a busy schedules. The one drawback is the location of the apartment is almost to 11th ave which is not convenient for public transportation and the walk was a bit much for my elderly father. ”

“This unit was perfect for our families to all stay in one place in the midst of the city. We could easily walk to Times Square and places to dine. My granddaughter loved that she could see the lights on Madison Sq Garden from her bedroom window. I had been worried about security but felt quite safe in the apartment. Everyone loved it and would stay there again.”
