“The VRBO was about a 20-minute Uber ride from Logan airport. There's not much around in terms of shops or restaurants, but we were able to Door Dash what we needed for the weekend. The apartment was very clean when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, coffee, etc. The neighborhood felt safe overall. Having two bathrooms definitely came in handy with 5 people. We were very pleased with everything overall. ”

“The apartment was the perfect base to explore the city, lovely shops, restaurants and homes all around.. Underground station very close by. Attention to detail in the apartment was excellent, linens, crockery, everything you could need. The roof terrace was an absolute delight, special views and we barbecued, which was such fun. Sue was the most attentive hostess, nothing was too much trouble . Loved our visit. ”

“The complex was very nice and modern. Location for seeing Boston was fantastic. Staff at the facility were very helpful. Free Nespresso coffee is a nice touch. If you don't have a car (preferred since parking in Boston is hard and expensive) use the public transportation. Unit was clean and properly equipped. The only minor improvement needed is that the master bedroom mattress was not level. Getting the parking card was a bit of a hassle but it worked okay since the attendant reset the card……

“We traveled with family (8 adults) and stayed in these beautiful condos for 4 days. We’ve all been to many VRBO’s in the past and this was by far, the best place we’ve ever stayed. Location was perfect in a nice neighborhood with a 2 minute walk to the subway. The condos were gorgeous and well stocked with dishes, towels, pillows, and extra amenities like toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, umbrellas…I could go on and on. The owners thought of every detail and were so attentive and helpful to……

“The property is walking distance to Fenway.. We did not have any issues with noise. The metro is right in fornt of the house (also very convenient for getting around Boston) but the noise is minimal and after the first few nights it simply became background noise. Having the grocery H-Mart store less than a block away was very convenient. A large variety of eateries both very close to very walk-able. Hosts were very receptive and responded quickly to any questions we had. ”

"I haven't used anything since checking in. The bathtub is clogged and infested with mosquitoes. The windowsills and tables in the room are dusty, as if no one has stayed and hasn't cleaned them in ages. The refrigerator also doesn't work. After reporting the situation, we were told we would get a full refund. However, a month has passed and I haven't received one. I contacted the hotel, and they said they'd already processed the refund and told me to check with my bank. I went to the bank and asked the manager to check, but they also said there was no refund. I think this hotel is deceptive. If I had a five-star review, I wouldn't give it a single star. It's terrible. If there was a complaint number, I would definitely file a complaint with this hotel, not just the Hilton. It's worse than an average hotel. It's ridiculous."
